Two years ago the Deign Rite team gave us a new sunroom. They were the only one who could build it for an affordable price. It has the gable roof, which I most wanted, and gives us an enhanced view with much more light coming into the house. All the workmen were skilled craftsmen and did careful, solid work.
This year Design Rite gave us a new roof and house siding. They tore off 3 layers of old roofing, patched the plywood base and repaired wood damage as needed. All accomplished with little mess left. The roof looks great!
Next Design Rite coated our house with two coats of waterproofing and two coats of exterior coating. First the stucco was patched where needed and the seams were caulked the attention was given to every imperfection so that the result was smooth and even. Our old house looks new again.

We love our Sunroom which was done by Design-Rite Construction. All our friends like to come over and use it to play card games and sit around and relax with us.
We also had Design-Rite Constrcution put on "Stretch Guard" textured coatings on our home and the compliments from our neighbors don't stop. Everyone loves the way it looks and we love that we don't have to maintain it.

The Strechguard house coating gives a new dimension to our house. It makes it look not only very clean, but most of all beautiful, and now the roof, the gate and the entry door are accentuated. And it's for Life. No need to paint regularly and cleans just use the water hose!
